FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: method comprises undercutting and overturning of soil. The undercut layer of soil is divided horizontally into two unequal parts and put the upper on the lower in its own furrow. The upper part of the soil layer is turned to 180°, and the lower to 90°. The device comprises a frame, support wheels, circular knives, left- and right-turning main plough bodies alternating among themselves. Between the main plough bodies there are guide plates located and racks for their mounting on the frame. The device is equipped with additional left- and right-turning plough bodies placed below the main ones. Between the additional plough bodies there are guide plates and racks for their mounting on the frame. The upper plough bodies are equipped with support plates and elbows.EFFECT: such technology and construction implementation enable to improve the infiltration properties of the soil and to improve the soil treatment by avoiding compaction of the lower layer of the soil.2 cl, 5 dwg
