<p>The invention relates to plastic pulse working materials, i.e. the development of high-speed machines using energy of pulse-compressed gases to accelerate the working tool to high speeds. A no-anvil pulse hammer comprises a working cylinder made in a lower part of frame, on the upper part a receiver is located, in the frame there are mounted: upper and lower rams, each with a working stock, which houses a pusher, which is based on a puller in the appropriate half of the die, in the lower ram a pneumatic pusher is secured by a nut, and in the upper part–a hydraulic pusher with cylinders, the cavity of receiver is connected to the cavity of pneumatic hydraulic cylinder. On the frame coaxially to the upper working stock and receiver covering it a muffler is located, on top in the receiver through the muffler two nozzles with gas and gas-liquid pumps are mounted, between the receiver and muffler a gas mixer with calibrated orifices is located, epy receiver through a fitting is connected to a container of removal of liquid from the gases. The invention allows to increase the coefficient of efficiency and to reduce the material consumption.</p> |
