TIRE WITH SILICA-REINFORCED RUBBER TREAD HAVING OUTER-CAP CONTAINING CARBON BLACK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an electric resistance between a bead portion and the outer surface of a tread by providing the tread containing time determination of precipitated silica and carbon black and a tread outer top cap having a time determination range of CTAB value and containing time determination of carbon black. SOLUTION: A tire tread consists of a tread and a outer top cap 9 for covering at least a portion of the outer surface of the tread. The tread contains precipitated silica of about 30-100 or about 40-90 phr and carbon black of maximum about 20 phr in case. The tread outer cap 9 contains about 25-100 phr carbon black having a CTAB value of about 80-150. The tread base 7 is reinforced by carbon black and the rubber tread cap 9 or the tread itself, it no base exists, is reinforced by silica.
