A method for determination of the components of deformation tensor at effect of complicated variable loading constructional materials by means of electromechanical system, in particular to the surface of the controlled object the non-resonance rod-indenter of sensor is pressed, sensitive sections of that one is the piezoelectric disc with diameter cuts of electrode cover of ceramics, after that the piezoelectric disc is brought to non-axial symmetry resonance planar vibrations for formation of tangent deformations in the local zone of contact of the indenter of sensor with the surface of material of the controlled object. Additionally on the upper end of the non-resonance rod coaxially to the axis of symmetry of the piezoelectric disc a resonance sensor is installed, this is intended for reception of normal component of deformation tensor of the surface of the controlled object, the other end of the rod is rigidly connected to the surface of the controlled object, with measurement of electric signals obtained by three channels for measurement of the electromechanical system proportional to amplitudes of deformation and functionally related to each other through piezo-constants of deformation of material of the sensor according to the directions of the components of the deformation tensor in local zone of controlled object. |
