METHOD FOR OPTIMIZATION OF TREATMENT OF CHRONIC HEART FAILURE OF ISCHEMIC ETIOLOGY

The method for the optimization of the treatment of the chronic heart failure of the ischemic etiology provides for the psychological testing of the patients for detecting the anxiety depressive disorders using the questionnaire "Hospital anxiety and depression scale – HADS". Buspiron hydrochloride at an initial dose of 5 mg thrice a day is prescribed to the patients with total score in subscales of anxiety and depression exceeding 8 points. The dose is then gradually increased within 2 weeks up to 10 mg thrice a day.
