The device is made in the form of a modular container set, whose pallet is formed as a single container unit with floor and angular fittings, on which a module of repeated means is mounted for fastening rolls made in the form of a set of removable pedestals, and the floor of container module is provided with differently disposed along its length and width places to install them.
