The present invention relates to an earthquake-proof apparatus of a switchgear panel with a seismic isolation function, reducing or eliminating a seismic force by absorbing the seismic force vibrated vertically or horizontally and increasing a vibration cycle. For this, the present invention comprises: a concrete structure (100) for reducing the seismic force by changing an oscillation frequency of the seismic force transmitted via a building floor (600) or the ground and increasing the vibration cycle; an earthquake-proof apparatus housing having an upper housing for forming a three stepped recess on the upper part of the concrete structure and embedding a switchgear box supporting pipe, and a lower housing for accommodating an earthquake-proof separation apparatus connected to the switchgear box supporting pipe; the earthquake-proof separation apparatus for being accommodated within the lower housing to absorb the seismic force transmitted to the switchgear box and reduce or eliminate the seismic force; the switchgear box supporting pipe (400) being connected to the earthquake-proof separation apparatus, and for fixing and supporting a switchgear box structure. The present invention can reduce or eliminate the seismic force transmitted to the switchgear box by using a seismic isolation function of sequentially absorbing the vibrated seismic force and by increasing the vibration cycle of absorbed seismic waves via a coil type earthquake-proof spring; can normally protect the earthquake-proof apparatus and support the switchgear box via an earthquake-proof separation insert for supporting the switchgear box exchangeable after an earthquake occurs; and, only in the case that the seismic force more than a set size is applied to the switchgear box, can stably protect and support the switchgear box by using the coil type earthquake-proof spring. |
