PURPOSE: A cultivation equipment for plant and a cultivation system including the same are provided to offer a plant by cultivating for people who leaves the land and stays for a long time. CONSTITUTION: An adjusting unit (250) adjusts at least one of light quantity of an accommodation space, air temperature, air humidity, concentration of the carbon dioxide of the air, and supply moisture with the plant of rack. A sensing unit (230) senses at least one of air temperature of the accommodation space, air humidity, concentration of the carbon dioxide of the air. A control unit (200) receives the sensing information of the sensing unit and controls the adjusting unit. The sensing unit comprises a temperature sensor (110), a air humidity sensor (112), and a carbon dioxide sensor (114). The adjusting unit comprises a LED (252), a temperature controller (258), a humidifier (254), and the water supplying apparatus, and the carbon dioxide generator (256).
