The present invention relates to a cooler drain hose having an insulating cover, which has corrugated spiral grooves formed at regular intervals on the outer surface of a drain hose in a cooling device such as an air conditioner, and a cylindrical elastic insulation cover made of microporous foam rubber and with excellent elasticity installed on the outer circumference of the drain hose. Therefore, the cooler drain hose having an insulating cover prevents the drain hose from getting a dent when the drain hose is folded at a certain angle; allows condensate water to smoothly flow through the drain hose; and prevents the drain hose from cracking and being dented and damaged by external impact.
