BUCKET GUIDE ROLLER FOR UNLOADING APPARATUS

The present invention relates to a bucket guide roller for a coal loading and unloading machine, which includes an airtight sealing structure and prevents the inflow of foreign materials such as coal dusts. The guide roller is installed in a chain driving unit of a loading and unloading machine for transporting coal, and guides the driving of the chain by being installed in a connecting shaft of the chain which is connected in a caterpillar type. The guide roller comprises: a connecting sleeve where the connecting shaft of the chain is connected; a hollow hole where the connecting sleeve is inserted; a main body which drives along a guide rail; a bearing which is installed in between the connecting sleeve and the main body in order to support the main body to easily rotate to the connecting sleeve; and a sealing unit which is installed in between the connecting sleeve and the main body in order to prevent the inflow of coal dusts or other dusts into the bearing.
