The appliance has a case comprising a driver that is driven in rotation by a motor. The case supports a removable transmission arm (100) whose one end (100A) includes a coupling unit coupled with the driver and another end (100B) extends to a top portion of a receptacle. The latter end of the transmission arm is connected with a driving unit of a rotary tool arranged in the receptacle, and supports a lid (3) to cover the receptacle. The lid comprises a locking unit i.e. lock, that connects the lid with the receptacle. The locking unit is carried by a crown (33).
