The invention relates to methods for the determination of cyto-and geno-toxicity of water samples at cell level. The method proposed consists in placement of a test organism, e.g. a fish, to drinking water sample, with keeping and separation of gills tissue as part of test organism, determination of changes of morphological structure of epithelial cells and nuclei of those, by the changes of those cyto-and geno-toxicity of drinking water is determined. The realization of the method proposed provides simultaneous determination of cyto-and geno-toxicity of drinking water with high sensitivity, accuracy, self-descriptiveness, especially at low concentrations of toxicant. |
