A method for sex identification in rainbow trout (Onchorhynchus mykiss) provides isolation of biological material with its subsequent treatment and investigation. Any tissue of rainbow trout is used as biological material, from which extraction of total DNA is carried out, and a fragment of sequence of sex DNA-marker is amplified with using of specific oligonucleotide primers with the following sequence: right primer 5'-CGATTAGAAAGGCCTGTTCG-3' and left primer 5'-GTTCATATGCCAGGCCAACT-3', wherein reaction results evaluation is carried out by method of gel-electrophoresis in 2% agarose. |
