A method for manufacturing bodies of cylinders, which consists in heating the ends of a tubular billet to a temperature of 1150°, forming a bottom and a neck of the cylinder on a closing machine by a rotary tool, delivery of a cylinder from the machine at its rotation around its longitudinal axis, while the heating the end of a tubular billet, which is closed, is carried out after its feeding into the closing machine, and the delivery of the body with a closed end is made with provision of the backup relative to its longitudinal movement, moreover, as a billet is used a longitudinal welded tube, in which the closing of the bottom and neck is carried out after additional heating of the deformation area to a temperature of , and closing reinforcements of a weld joint. |
