FIELD: fire prevention facilities.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to auxiliary equipment for testing and treatment of fire hoses, and can be used for consistent implementation of hydraulic tests of them. The device for testing and treatment of fire hoses comprises a casing inside which a rotary drum is mounted on the racks. The casing has hinged technological doors. The drum is made in the form of two end hollow rims, which are connected by the peripheral ties. The rims are provided with connecting pipes of the processed hose and which through the tubular spokes are in communication with the hollow horizontal shaft. The shaft is connected to a rotary drive and is connected through the switch to the water supply manifold and the air compressor. The compressor pipeline is switched to the dispenser of talc container. In the air supply pipeline from the compressor a heater is installed. The outlet fitting is combined with the drain valve and is mounted on a carriage which is positioned at the distal rim of the drum. The drum ties are equipped with spring-loaded longitudinal supports. The proposed technical solution enables to increase drying capacity of fire hoses after testing and functional reliability of the device design.EFFECT: double-sided supply of the coolant for drying of fire hoses provided removal of moisture from the material volume of the walls of the hoses due to convection in the design mode.3 cl, 3 dwg |
