A heater of mobile or temporary premises includes a body, rotor, heating element, ejector of worked out gases, flanges, at that the rotor is placed on the body, and the blast main and the heat exchangers are placed in the body, the ejector of worked out gases is placed outside the body, at the ends of heating element flanges are installed. Additionally it includes a compressor, rotor blades, diffuser, hose, yoke, chassis, guide of front wheels. The body has conical form, and the chassis is fixed on the body with possibility of rotation of front wheels, the blades of the rotor are installed on the rotor at angle 10...30° with respect to the cross axis of the rotor, the diffuser is installed on the body at the opposite side of the compressor, to the diffuser hose is fit and fixed with yoke, the ejector of worked out gases is installed at above with respect to the body vertically to the flange of heating element, at that the body, the compressor, diffuser, hose are tightly connected to each other with formation of blowoff main, and the rotor with blades, heating element, flanges are tightly connected to each other with formation of gas main.
