Disclosed is a spudcan of a floating structure to facilitate the embedment and detachment of a spudcan to and from the ocean floor by spirally injecting water using water pressure. The spudcan of a floating structure may comprises a body installed at the bottom of a leg; a guide rail for covering the circumference of the body; and a jetting unit for rotating along the guide rail and having an inclined nozzle for jetting water.
