The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of dried laver containing collagen and chondroitin components, which are helpful for immunity of the body and the skin care, and beneficial for cartilage of joints, by heating chicken feet, pig skin and pig bones, which contain the collagen component and the chondroitin component, in a double boiler, coating an extract solution without fat on laver sheets, and baking to eat. The present invention is characterized in comprising a pretreatment process of thoroughly washing chicken feet, pig skin and pig bones; a material pulverizing step of mixing the chicken feet, pig skin and pig bones at 1:1:1 ratio at parts per weight (wt%) after the pretreatment process, freezing and pulverizing; a material double-boiler heating step of adding water 10 times the whole parts by weight of the chicken feet, the pig skin and the pig bones after the material pulverizing step, and effusing collagen and chondroitin components until the whole parts by weight becomes 6-7 times the whole parts by weight of the chicken feet, the pig skin and the pig bones; a filtering and fat-removing step of firstly removing solid and fat by filtering the double-boiler heated material after the material double-boiler heating step, coagulating into a gel state at 5-10°C to secondly removing the coagulated fat on the top; a material dissolving step of melting the gel state material at 60-70°C into liquid after the filtering and fat-removing step; and a material coating and drying step of coating the extract in which collagen and chondroitin components in a liquid state are dissolved, on the surface of laver sheets after the material dissolving step, and drying.
