<p>The present invention is to provide a solar battery manufacturing apparatus by increasing chalcogenide reactivity and facilitates to generate a light absorption layer. The production of solar battery apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention may include an object loading part which loads an object, a chalcogenide source supplying part which locates a chalcogen source to the object loaded from the object loading part and also locates a micropore member including fine pores that has a size to be able to pass the chalcogen source in between the chalcogen sources, a chalcogenide generating part of which heats the chalcogen source transferred from the chalcogenide source supplying part, and it makes a chalcogenide reaction when the chalcogen source reaches to the object from the fine pores of the micropore member and generates a chalcogenide object, an object unloading part where the chalcogenide object is unloaded from the chalcogenide generating part, and a transfer means of which it transfers the object from the loading part to the chalcogenide source supplying part, the chalcogenide generating part and the object unloading part respectively.</p> |
