An oil unloading device is disclosed. According to an aspect of the present invention, the oil unloading device, which is utilized when unloading oil from a first vessel with a flare tower to a second vessel, includes a hose which is interposed between the first and second vessels for providing an oil transferring passage and which includes a floating portion floating on the sea and a sinking portion sunk underwater and a buoy which forms a boundary between the floating portion and the sinking portion by being joined to the hose is provided. The buoy can be moved in the longitudinal direction, and the lengths of the floating portion and the sinking portion are changed by the movement of the buoy. |
