FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery for plasty of anterior abdominal wall in treatment of postoperative ventral hernias of large and giant size. Method includes plasty of anterior abdominal wall, which is performed by sewing peritoneum, with the following fixation of mesh endoprosthesis in muscular-aponeurotic space on sewn peritoneum and posterior leaf of aponeurosis. Anterior leaves of aponeurosis are fixed to endoprosthesis.
