The method for treating exudative erythema multiforme associated with herpes virus infection comprises the use of the agents controlling the level of the acquired antiherpetic immunity. The following drugs are provided: Valacyclovir at a daily dose of , antiherpetic immunoglobulin in two courses comprising 5 intradermal injections every other day in a volume of 0.2 mL with one-month interval between them, Desloratadin as antihistamine drug at a daily dose of 5 mg. The treatment is provided until normalization of the immune status and arrest of the clinical manifestation of the disease. Furthermore, membrane plasmapheresis is provided with single volume of plasma calculated individually for each patient (taking into account body mass, body height and hematocrit) under control of the parameters of blood coagulation, protein fractions of blood, leukotoxicity index, the level of circulating immune complex, and phagocytic activity of neutrophils. |
