METHOD FOR PREPARING IMPLANT WITH DELAYED RELEASE OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE PEPTIDE COMPONENTS

The method for preparing the implant with delayed release of the biologically active peptide components comprises preparing the composition by adding the biologically active peptide components to biodegrading polymeric base, namely biogenic polymer of plant origin – sodium salt of alginic acid. The composition is mixed with the aid of mechanical mixer for accelerating the process of gel formation. The mixture is kept for several hours in the ultrasonic bath at the ultrasound frequency of 40 kHz at the temperature of 40- for the final homogenization. Then the composition is transferred to metal, glass or polymeric container in a shape of the prospective implant for one day for final structure formation.
