METHOD FOR GENERATION OF RANDOM-NUMBER SEQUENCE

A method for generation of random-number sequence with use of shift register with feed-back consists in that for preassigned generator polynom order generator polynoms producing codes subject to concatenation are determined and stored in generator ROM with determination and storing values of all cycle lengths for each generator polynom, representatives of each cycle and general number of cycles produced by each generator polynom. In the process of sequence generation a generator polynom defining the structure of shift register feed-backs and cycle representative subject to generation are one-by-one loaded to the shift register with feed-backs. Thereafter a cycle which length is defined by value read out from generator memory is formed. After completion of cycle formation cycle representative is replaced, and another cycle is formed, the process is repeated up to formation of all cycles of current generator polynom.
