A method for making a fruit sauce of a mixture of powdered persimmon, banana and pineapple on the basis of oatmeal provides for recombining the fruit powders, combining with a structuring agent, diluted in cold boiled water at constant mixing, adding fructose and boiling up to thickening. The oatmeal is used as the structuring agent. |
