The invention relates to energetics, specifically to the combined heat and power stations. A heat pump is attached to a heat and power station. A pump evaporator utilizes heat of exhaust gases of a boiler unit and other heat sources of the heat and power station, a capacitor is in series connected to a network heat exchanger. The heat pump is made with possibility to control consumed energy via control of refrigerating agent supply via a compressor or regulation of pressure in the capacitor of heat pump or disconnection thereof depending on power imbalance in the electric network.
