A method for determination of productivity and power of the drive of belt-conveyor feeders, wherein the productivity and power of drive is determined by empirical dependences according to geometrical parameters of chute, in particular its cross section and length, linear velocity of motion of band of the feeder, and the volume, type, properties of dosed material and technological characteristics of the process of product dosing.
