An accumulator of thermal energy is a vessel of natural or artificial origin filled as heat agent with water (or water solution of salt (for instance, NaCl), alcohol, etc) in liquid state at atmospheric pressure, with content of solid fraction (for instance, rock) or without it, with heat insulation between the zone of increased temperature and the environment. For the accumulator the value of form factor FF (the ratio of the volume of the zone of increased temperature to the area of the surface that separates the zone of increased temperature and the environment) is not smaller than 4.96 of meter. |
