The present invention relates to a detachable picture window assembly for a clean room door and a picture window installation method using the same. The detachable picture window for a clean room door installed in a door panel for a clean room includes: a polygonal main frame which has the same shape as the edge of an opening for installing a picture window in the door panel and installs a window member by being inserted and installed into the opening of the door panel while touching one side of the door panel; and a cover frame which is inserted and combined to one side of the main frame in a detachable manner and installed while touching the other side of the door panel. The window member is fixed by installing the cover frame on each side of the main frame. According to the detachable picture window assembly for a clean room door and the picture window installation method using the same given in the present invention, since the cover frame is combined to the main frame with the opening by being inserted, the installation work becomes easy and the installation time can be reduced as the work speed for manufacturing the picture window becomes fast. As a result, more amount of work can be done within fixed work hours. Furthermore, by installing the picture window by insertion without fixing the window frame using a rivet, it is possible to prevent pollutants from flowing into a clean room through a rivet hole. |
