PURPOSE: It maintains by the temperature in which adhesion section of a connection board and a sub secondary barrier and connection board constant. The adhesive property of the adhesion section is improved. CONSTITUTION: A heater(900) comprises a frame(92) and a plurality of heating units(96). A pair of heat insulation boards is adjacently to an inner hull of an LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) storage tank and it is installed. The frame is fixed among a pair of heat insulation boards to one upper side. The heating unit is installed in the frame. The heating unit heats the adhesive applied on an upside of a main secondary barrier locating on the lower part the heating unit. |
