Second, third and fourth reversible binary counters, a second demultiplexer with control input; third, fourth and fifth two-input AND elements; third and fourth two-input OR elements, a fifth three-input element, sixth and seventh four-input OR elements; first, second, third and fourth inverters are incorporated. |
