A line for recycling automobile tires and rubber comprises connected by a belt conveyor: a machine for cutting tires, machines for preliminary and final grinding tires, magnetic separators for separation of metal inclusions from the rubber and textile cord, intermediate hoppers, a machine for washing and drying tires, a machine for lowering the temperature of the chips, magnetic separators of metal inclusions. The intermediate hoppers are installed between the machines. The machine for lowering the temperature of the chips is formed by a dust fan, a cyclone and filters that separate textile cord located above each of the intermediate hoppers. The magnetic separators are arranged above the belt conveyor in the zone of packaging material. |
