PURPOSE: To obtain a conductive member having rether low hardness and small fluctuation in the electric resistance by incorporating a NBR rubber into the base material of a conductive member and adding an ionic conductive material to it. CONSTITUTION: The core metal 1 is not limited and a material such as a resin or metal can be used. The shape of the core 1 may be a solid cylinder or a hollow tube. The conductive layer 2 is not limited as far as it contains nitrilebutadiene rubber(NBR). Especially, in order to decrease hardness of the conductive member, the amt. of the NBR rubber is preferably 10-90wt.% in the base material. Further, it is preferable that the add amt. of an ionic conductive material is 0.01-20 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the base material. By this method, the conductive member can be very easily controlled to have a specific electric resistance compared to a material containing only a conductive material filler such as carbon, and the hardness of the member can be decreased. Only when both of the NBR rubber and the ionic conductive material are present in the base body, the increase of the electric resistance when a current is applied can be suppressed. |
