A method for determining the naturalness of juices, which comprise anthocyanins, includes taking a sample, dividing thereof into two specimens, diluting one specimen with distilled water, determining the physical characteristic in the both specimens and comparing those characteristics. In the initial specimen and the diluted one electrokinetic potential is determined and, if the absolute value of said index in the initial specimen is lesser than in the diluted specimen, the conclusion is made that the juice is natural. |
