PURPOSE: An ascidian transplant container and a marine ecosystem reconstruction method using the same are provided to make use convenient and to have an excellent ascidian anchoring ability and an effect on growth and propagation. CONSTITUTION: An ascidian is transplanted in the inner space of a pot body part(10) A postacrosomal region(20) tapered in a direction away from the periphery of the lower body to the center shaft of the body which inserts a transplant container into the ascidians transplant area. One or more spikes(30) are formed on the outer facet of the port body part. The spike forms an angle of 110-150 degree in a direction away from the outer side of the port body part to the lower side. The spike forms an angle of 20-90 degree in a direction from the outer surface of the port body part to the upper part. The spike is formed to be a stick with a cross section of a semicircle or a triangle and is fixed to have a plane contained in the semicircular or triangular stick on a facet which faces the port body part. The body portion is formed with the cylindrical shape and the postacrosomal region is formed with the cone. The ascidian is transplanted to the ascidians transplant container. The ascidian transplant container in which the ascidian is transplanted is stuck in the ascidian transplantation position and is fixed. A stage transplanting the ascidian in the ascidian transplant container is the stage that seeds the ascidian in the ascidian transplant container or transplants the seed. |
