The device has a striking plate (R9) provided at a top end of lantern holder sheets and paver sheets, where the device is formed in form of 1000V steel molded rubber insulation and an anti-slip (EPDM). A rubber ball (R8) is coated on a lantern holder (PL). Length of the lantern holder sheets is 130cm. Diameter of an isolated part of the lantern holder sheets is 19mm. Diameter of a steel part of the lantern holder sheets is 14mm. Length of the paver sheets is 100cm.
