摘要

PURPOSE: To suppress magnetostrictive oscillation and heating phenomenon in the vicinity of power introduction terminal and to deal with high ripple well by providing a highly reliable metal case excellent in weatherability and low heating properties. CONSTITUTION: A power introduction terminal 11 is taken out from a capacitor element 9 in a metal case 8 through an insulator 10. The insulator 10 is fixed to the metal case 8 through an encapsulation metal made of a material exhibiting dielectric constantμr in the range of 1-10 under normal temperature after encapsulation and the encapsulating part is jointed by a metallurgical method. The metal case 8 is made of a material having dielectric constantμr in the range of 1-10.
