FIELD: packaging industry.SUBSTANCE: in the machine the roll packaging laminated material is made in shape of a tube, the tubular material is longitudinally sealed along the longitudinal direction, and then filled with liquid food product to a predetermined liquid level. During retention of the tubular packaging material with sealing clamping devices and the opposing clamping devices below the liquid level at high speed, it is sealed transversely by heating and pressing with the help of these devices, and is cut in the transverse sealing zone to obtain the containers. The machine comprises a pressure flange cushioning pressure provided by the liquid level in the tubular material and above the transverse sealing position, and containing a space filled with a sterile gas, cushioning movement of the liquid food product. The machine also comprises means for measuring, indicating oscillations created by closing of the sealing clamping devices, for measuring a residual amount of sterile gas, based on the detected oscillations.EFFECT: invention provides quality improvement.8 cl, 11 dwg |
