<p>Composite solid propellant (I) comprises an oxidizing charge of ammonium perchlorate, a reducing charge of aluminum in polyurethane binder, and carbon nanotubes and/or nanofibers having a mass ratio of = 0.2%. Independent claims are included for: (1) preparing (I), comprising mixing the ingredients constituting the propellant for the formation of a dough, kneading the dough, pouring the dough into a mold and heat treatment of the dough in the mold, where the dough contains carbon nanotubes and/or nanofibers; (2) a solid propellant charge comprising (I); and (3) a rocket engine comprising at least one solid propellant charge.</p> |
