Disclosed is a packing box for fragile panels, an apparatus for manufacturing the bottom of said packing box, and a method of manufacturing said packing box. The packing box comprises a packing-box bottom and packing-box side walls; the packing-box side walls surround the packing-box bottom to form a space for accommodating fragile panels; the packing-box bottom is a blow-molded hollowed-out structure. By means of such an arrangement, the present invention reduces the cost of packing-box materials, thereby reducing product cost.
