The present invention relates to a method for a tubular beam for a torsion beam axle which includes a step of fitting a heat conductive pipe into inside of a steel pipe; and a step of forming a tubular beam by pressing the steel pipe and the heat conductive pipe between the upper and lower molds. The heat conductive pipe is made of a material which thermal-conductivity is higher than that of the steel pipe. The present invention having a configuration described above can obtain uniform rigidity throughout the entire tubular beam as the generation of a gap is prevented or minimized and can prevent a decrease in the rigidity.
