<p>The invention, using a simpler structure, prevents deflection in elevator ropes. An elevator having a rope (4) that, after being wound from above around an elevator car (2) to be lifted in an elevator shaft, is installed again above the car, wherein the rope from above (4a) and the rope installed above again (4b) are disposed to intersect above the elevator car (2). Cylindrical pass-through bodies (6a, 6b), provided so that the ropes (4) are inserted and each rope (4) maintains a mutual distance, and a device, in which the cylindrical pass-through bodies (6a, 6b) are mutually rotatable and that follows the intersection angle of the ropes (4) that varies along with the lifting of an elevator car (2), are provided in the location where the ropes (4) intersect.</p> |
