PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate-supported catalyst having excellent catalytic activity.SOLUTION: The substrate-supported catalyst includes: a nonpolar substrate; a cured product of a thermosetting resin formed on the surface of the nonpolar substrate; and fine particles supported on the surface of the cured product and having catalytic activity. The thermosetting resin has a phenolic hydroxyl group.
