PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of reducing potential of a photoreceptor to a development area even in a condition where a time of movement from an exposure position to a development position is too short to sufficiently reduce the potential, so as to secure sufficient developing potential at the development position.SOLUTION: A sheet member 10 is applied with voltage between an exposure device 3 and a developing device 4, and arranged in contact with the surface of a photoreceptor drum 1. The sheet member 10 is composed of an insulating layer 11 that is in contact with the photoreceptor drum 1, and a conductive layer 12 that is applied with a predetermined voltage. |
