PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sucking and separating device that reliably separates cotton fly from air and simultaneously prevents the upsizing of an integrated duct, and to provide a textile machine provided with the same.SOLUTION: A sucking and separating device 90 is provided at a spinning machine 1 and comprises: a plate fan 100 that generates suction flow for sucking cotton fly; a case 95 that stores the plate fan 100 therein; a suction duct 93 formed at the case 95; a first exhaust duct formed at the case 95; and a second exhaust port that is formed in the middle of a channel formed by the suction duct 93 and the first exhaust duct, and covered by a net 96. |
