PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration cycle device improved in refrigeration cycle efficiency by reducing energy consumption of a compressor, and a hot water generating device including the same.SOLUTION: The refrigeration cycle device includes a refrigerant circuit 6 constituted by annularly connecting a compressor 1, a radiator 2, expanding means 3 and an evaporator 4 to circulate a refrigerant, and having a first cooler 5 exchanging heat between a refrigerant at an outlet side of the radiator 2 and a refrigerant at an outlet side of the evaporator 4, and a heat medium circuit 10 constituted by annularly connecting heat medium circulation means 8, the evaporator 4 and a heat exchanger 9 for an external heat source to circulate a liquid-phase heat medium, and further includes a second cooler for exchanging heat between a refrigerant of an outlet of the first cooler of the refrigerant circuit and the liquid-phase heat medium of the liquid-phase heat medium circuit. |
