PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery slip superior in a printing quality, capable of restraining the occurrence of a curl of a delivery note when tearing off the delivery note from the slip, and also designed by serviceably arranging a printing area, without causing a blur and wrinkles of printing, when performing printing processing by a non-impact printer, without requiring labor when tearing off a necessary part from the delivery slip, with a constitution having a sticking slip, the delivery slip and the delivery note, in a one part delivery slip.SOLUTION: A delivery slip 1 is provided by sticking a first sheet having at least a ticking slip 3, a delivery slip 4 and a delivery note 2 and a second sheet having a tack structure via an adhesive 8, and the sticking slip 3, the delivery slip 4 and the delivery note 2 are divided by a predetermined half cut, and a filler layer of a mat and a filler layer of a dot are arranged in a plurality of stripe shapes at an interval in the parallel direction to the half cut D in a position corresponding to the delivery note of a second sheet surface. |
