PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, an image forming apparatus, a printing system or the like, by which loads on a network and instruments for transmitting and receiving print data can be reduced.SOLUTION: A print data storage unit 210 stores first data that can generate data that can be printed by printing means or print data to be printed by the printing means and includes replaceable data, and stores data identification information that identifies data included in the first data and a position of the data in the first data in association with each other in a map information database 220. An operation display control unit 203 acquires the data identification information and replacement data for replacing data. A print data generation unit 204 generates second data that is obtained by replacing the data included in the first data stored in the print data storage unit 210 into the replacement data at the position of the data corresponding to the data identification information stored in the map information database 220. |
