PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor holder having a fire prevention structure capable of solving a problem of conventional capacitor holders that, when an explosion-proof valve of an aluminum electrolytic capacitor is opened due to an over-voltage resulting in an electrolyte leakage and/or vapor thereof generated, a spark generated by another component may cause a fire of the electrolyte adhered on the circuit board or other components.SOLUTION: A capacitor holder 1 includes a hole of the capacitor holder (vent hole) 4 and is disposed at an end of a circuit board 3 in a state that the capacitor holder 1 is sideways. Since the hole (vent hole) 4 of the capacitor holder is oriented outward with respect to the circuit board 3, the electrolyte and the vapor thereof in the aluminum electrolytic capacitor 2 is released out of the circuit board 3. A spark generated by the circuit board 3 or another component is prevented from catching a fire. |
