PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent double feeding when sending out a paper sheet from an upper stage side tray, by constituting a paper cassette having a plural-stage type tray structure so that the paper sheet is stored in the upper stage side tray in a proper state.SOLUTION: A paper cassette 100 comprises: a lower stage side tray 50; and an upper stage side tray 60 which can slide to the lower stage side tray 50. A comb-teeth-shaped part 55 and a separation material holding part 56 for constituting a front side inner wall of the lower stage side tray 50, and a first comb-teeth-shaped part 65 and a second comb-teeth-shaped part 66 for constituting a front side inner wall of the upper stage side tray 60, are constituted so as to alternately enter when positioning the upper stage side tray 60 in a butting position. A stopper part 64 constituted of an irregular shape is arranged in the second comb-teeth-shaped part 66 of the upper stage side tray 60, and a movement in a sending-out direction of a paper sheet stored in the upper stage side tray 60 is blocked by the stopper part 64. |
